Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent

• Your account, profile, and sign-in credentials are removed.
• Your organisation data, conversations, and call history are removed.
• Active subscriptions are cancelled. Deletion does not itself issue a refund — see the Refund Policy.
• This cannot be undone. Export anything you need to keep before you submit.
